Reservation
Since we offer only one room and are such a private B&B, I prefer to take reservations the old fashion way. So please call, fax, or even email us directly and I will meet your request. I am usually here all day, but if by chance you caught me walking my dogs to Kailua Beach or tending to the garden out back to pick up some herbs for the afternoon tea, please leave a message on our answering machine, don't forget to leave your name and the phone number, I will contact you promptly.

General Information of our B&B...

  • Our check in time is from 3:00pm-5:00pm. Later check-in may be arranged upon request.
  • Our check out time is 11:00am. Late check out will be an additional 50% of our room rate.
  • Minimum stay is 3 nights. From Feb 15, 2013, minimum stay will be 5 nights.
  • Room rates are subject to change and do not include taxes.
  • Deposits: Credit card information is required to guarantee your reservation.
  • Cancellation Policy: 60 days prior to 3:00pm on scheduled arrival date.
  • We do accept most credit cards, also traveler's check.
  • We are unable to accommodate children under 18 years old.
  • We are in 100% smoke-free environment.
  • Tee's at Kailua is handicapped accessible.
